浅谈用“以人为本”行为意识淡化高校教育中——“官本位”思想的影响

目前,我国高校官本位倾向愈演愈烈,高校的行政化倾向不断得到强化,行政权力主导与控制学校教学与科研活动,教师的当官意识浓厚等等,这种倾向严重制约了高校的学术自由和创新精神,对高校求真求知求实的学术氛围及其办学质量产生了严重的负面影响,克服这种不良倾向的条件是,从我国历史名校中反省,向西方一流大学取经,根本还在于体制的改革与创新。
