目的观察不同治疗方法对腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法采用骨盆带牵引法、针灸疗法、小针刀疗法和椎间镜疗法。结果以上各个疗法的临床对于临临床患者的腰椎间盘突出症均有不同程度的环节,但椎间镜疗法较其他三组的效果更好（P〈0.05）。结论医生因根据患者具体情况,故须灵活运用,搭配合理,方能达到最佳疗效。

Objective Effects of different treatments on the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation. Method To use pelvic belt traction, acupuncture therapy, a small knife therapy and intervertebral mirror therapy. Results Above all the clinical treatment of patients for clinical lumbar disc herniation in patients with different degrees of links, but the intervertebral mirror therapy than the other three groups was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion doctors for their patients under the specific circumstances, and thus should be applied flexibly, with a reasonable, so as to achieve the best effect.
