摘要
量热计与微量热计作为微波功率测量标准的实现形式被广泛采用。量热计法对测量环境的温度,测量功率电平幅度的稳定度,测量时间,测量设备的时间稳定系数等因素均有非常高的要求。在微波小功率的测量中,以上条件比较容易满足。但在微波中功率量热计法的测量中,量热体温升明显,环境温度不宜稳定,放大器输出幅度抖动等种种因素都会影响到测量结果的准确度。通过针对中功率量热技术研究中遇到的常见问题进行解决,得到了比较理想的实验结果,并利用现有的中功率标准对所设计的量热体进行了直流/微波功率替代效率测量,具有一定的参考价值。
The standard laboratories in most countries always use the calorimeter or micro calorimeter to establish the high frequency and microwave power standard.The calorimeter on power measurement has very strict requirement on environment temperature,measured power leveling,measured time etc.When we measure the microwave power(10 mW),those condition will be easy satisfaction.But when we measure the power(≥1 W),the environment temperature and the load temperature change acutely,the amplifier's output always wobble,all these condition will affect the accuracy of the power measurement.so the research on microwave power(≥1 W) measurement with calorimeter is important.In this paper,we solve the problem in microwave power(≥1W) measurement,and measured the DC/RF substitution efficiency of the calorimeter with our power standard,the results has the reference worth to build our power((≥1 W) standard.
