The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用价值。方法通过对65例临床下肢深静脉血栓患者二维及彩色多普勒图像的特点分析。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓诊断率高,简便,无创,易重复。结论彩色多普勒超声是无创性诊断DVT首选诊断方法 ,即可迅速显示下肢静脉的解剖结构,又可提供血流动力学信息及时准确为临床提供治疗方案,日益受临床重视。

Objective to investigate the practical value of color doppler ultrasound ＂s application in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis.Methods through the characteristic analysis of 65 cases with two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler images, in which the patientsare saffering from deep vein thrombosis . Results It is simple, non-invasive, repertable and highy diagnostic by using the color doppler ultrasound to dianostie deep vein thrombosis.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is the preferred diagnostic method used in non-invasive diagnosis DVT,it can not only quickly show to the donclors the analomical structure of the paetents＇ lower limb vein , but also provide timely and accurate information for hemodynamic clinical treatments, As a result itgets more ang more attention in clinical diagnosis.
