高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断甲状腺疾病中的临床价值

The Clinic Value of HF Color Dupple Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Thyroid Disease

目的总结经高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断甲状腺疾病中的诊断,经高频彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺疾病中的临床价值。方法总结2006年8月至2009年8月在本院门诊及住院的各类甲状腺疾病,分析其彩色超声图象特征,结合临床手术及病理报告。结果 267例经高频彩色多普勒超声检查正确诊断252例,正确率为93.63%,误诊7例,误诊率为6.36%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺疾病诊断率高,可指导临床手术和治疗,减少复发率,是甲状腺疾病诊断的首选方法 。

Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid disease high in clinical surgery and treatment can reduce the relapse rate, is the preferred method for diagnosis of thyroid disease.
