杏丁注射液对顺铂诱导肾小管上皮细胞凋亡的抑制作用及其机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察杏丁注射液对顺铂诱导肾小管上皮细胞(NRK52E)凋亡的抑制作用及其作用机制。方法将人肾小管上皮细胞分成对照组、顺铂组、杏丁+顺铂组,采用顺铂诱导肾小管上皮细胞凋亡模型,用细胞生长曲线检测细胞生长情况,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率,RT-PCR方法检测Casepase-3 mRNA的表达。结果杏丁注射液可抑制顺铂诱导的细胞凋亡,并降低细胞凋亡率,降低Casepase-3 mRNA的表达。结论杏丁注射液显著抑制顺铂诱导的细胞凋亡,其抗凋亡作用可能与其抑制Casepase-3 mRNA表达活化有关。
