糖尿病患者呼出气冷凝液中亚硝酸盐水平变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病患者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)中亚硝酸盐(NO2-)的改变情况。方法选择16例2型糖尿病和20例健康非吸烟者,用Rtube收集器收集EBC,用NO检测试剂盒及分光光度法检测EBC中的NO2-浓度,同时检测肺功能。结果 2型糖尿病患者EBC中NO2-浓度高于健康对照组(P<0.01),两组肺功能第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比、CO肺弥散量占预计值的百分比比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 NO2-在2型糖尿病患者肺功能损害发病中可能起重要作用。
