摘要
外国法制史作为一门法学基础课,在当前的司法考试改革和教学改革大潮中,面临着一系列困境和挑战。改变教学理念,创新教学模式,提高教学效果,是外国法制史课程需要探讨的几个问题。
The history of foreign law is a basic course,and it is faced with challenges in the current legal and teaching reforms.It is advisable to change the teaching concepts and create teaching models.
