数控刀具磨损智能检测及其切削试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 在数控机床切削加工过程中,对刀具磨损导致的振动及切削温度的变化特征进行了理论分析,得到刀具的磨损与振动及其切削温度的关系.利用这些关系,设计并研制了基于STC89S52的数控刀具磨损智能检测与报警装置.试验验证表明该装置能够有效地实现对数控刀具磨损情况的在线检测. In this paper, a theoretical analysis on variation of tool cutting temperature and tool chatter during CNC machining is introduced, and proper relations between tool wear and temperature as well as chatter are built. Depending on these relations, an intelligent tool wear real time detecting apparatus is designed and developed based on MCU. This apparatus can alarm as the parameters of a measurand exceeds the threshold. By experiments, the apparatus proves to be efficient for tool wear on-line monitoring.
