本文提出了石材精密雕刻的新方法，设计了超声波精雕系统，解决了石材雕刻中微小异形表面高效精加工的难题，并对雕刻机理进行了研究。

This paper put forward a new method for accurate carving of stone materials and designed an accurate carving system with supersonic wave.It solved the difficult problems of efficient finishing on small unusual shaped surfaces in the carving of stone materials and carried out a study on the mechanism of engraving.
