国家体育馆双向张弦桁架施工技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 国家体育馆设计形式为单曲面、双向张弦桁架的钢屋架体系,国内外无施工先例可供借鉴,经过模型试验及反复论证,确定了施工方案,并编制了《国家体育馆钢屋架工程施工质量验收标准》,制订出允许偏差范围。在现场施工过程中,通过采取科学合理的技术措施,有效地避免了钢屋架施工过程中可能出现超出允许范围的偏差,使得完工后的钢屋架的受力状态更加贴近设计,获得了社会经济效益的双丰收。 National Indoor Stadium adopts single curved surface and bidirectional cable-stayed truss steel roof structure system, and there is no construction reference both home and abroad. Construction scheme is determined through model test and repeated argumentation, and Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of National Indoor Stadium Steel Roof Truss Engineering is established to give the range of tolerance. During field construction, scientific and reasonable technical measures are adopted to effectively avoid potential problems, such as deviation exceeds the tolerance, which may be caused during construction, and to have the load- bearing condition of the completed steel roof truss closer to the design requirements. Social and economic benefits are obtained.
