防风中的色原酮化合物的高效液相色谱与电喷雾质谱联用研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的利用高效液相色谱与电喷雾质谱联用技术研究防风中4种色原酮类化合物。方法实验采用反相C18色谱柱,乙腈和2%的醋酸溶剂体系梯度洗脱,分离防风中色原酮化合物,电喷雾质谱采用正离子模式。结果分离并检测了防风中4种色酮类化合物,并获得了化合物的液相保留时间、分子量以及化合物结构信息。结论高效液相色谱与电喷雾质联用技术能快速鉴定防风中色原酮类化合物。 Objective To develop a liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry(LC-ESI-MS) method for the analysis and identification of chromenes in extract of Saposhnikovia divaricala.Methods The HPLC experiment was proceeded by means of a reversed-phase C18 column and a binary mobile phase system consisting of 2% acetic acid and acetonitle undergradient elution conditions.The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive ion mode using electrospray ionization.Results Four major peaks were separated and detected,the molecularions+ of chromones were obtained,and from which the molecular weights were obtained.The structures of the chromones(Peaks1~4) from the extract were elucidated according to the fragmentation patherns and the literature reports.Conclusion Our study demonstrated that LC-ESI-MS could be a highly useful technigue for rapid analysis of chromenes in plant extract of Saposhnikovia Dircuricata.
