摘要
随着计算机的普及化,办公自动化在企事业单位运作中扮演着越来越重要的角色,越来越多的企事业单位运用计算机技术提高其办公效率,以增强自身的竞争力。无纸化办公产生大量办公文档,而同时又常常遇到文档共享的需求。基于反向连接、多线程技术,实现了一个分布式文档管理系统,实现了办公文档的方便存取、管理、共享、备份,大大提高了日常工作效率。
With rapid permeation of the computers,office automation plays an increasing important role in the operation of enterprises and institutions,the computer technology is used by more and more enterprises and institutions for improving their office efficiency in order to enhance the competitiveness of their own.The paperless office yields mass office documents,meanwhile the need of documents sharing is what encounters frequently as well.In this paper,a distributed document management system is implemented by adopting the technologies of inverted connection and multi-thread.With this system,the convenient accessing,managing,sharing and backup of the office documents is realised,which greatly raises the efficiency of daily operation.
