大庆外围油田砂泥岩薄互层岩性隔层选择方法 被引量:4

摘要 大庆外围油田薄互储层及隔层厚度薄,如果按地应力和隔层厚度选择隔层,压裂中易出现丢层问题.针对大庆外围砂泥岩薄互层特点,分析影响小层动用程度低的因素,通过室内实验和现场试验,提出不具备应力遮挡条件的隔层可按岩性遮挡作用选择隔层的观点,阐述按测井曲线选择泥岩隔层的标准和工艺控制方法.现场应用结果表明,利用泥岩隔层选择标准进行压裂工艺优选、卡段划分、射孔、施工参数优化等成功率高,小层动用程度高.这对经济有效开发外围低渗透薄互层具有指导意义. Because barrier and oil reservoir in thin interbed are thin in Daqing peripheral oilfield,if choosing barrier by ground stress and interlayer thickness,it is likely to lose layer in fracturing.In view of Daqing peripheral thin sand shale interbed,we analyze the small layer of low producing degree of the impact factors,through laboratory tests and field tests,proposed conditions do not have the stress of occlusion can choose barrier by rock shelter effect,and also expounded by logging selection criteria and process shale barrier control.The application results show that fracturing technology compartment optimization,card segment is divided,perforation and optimization of construction parameters by selection criteria for shale barrier,fracturing a high success rate,a small layer of high use.This is a guide to cost effective development of the external thin interbed of low permeability instructive.
