摘要
井筒温度剖面预测是试采工艺和系统测试的基础.针对气井测试的短期过程,根据井筒传热机理建立井筒非稳态传热模型,利用稳态传热的温度梯度,考虑焦耳-汤普森效应与动能的组合项影响,通过解析方式得到瞬时井温分布表达式,预测不同工作制度和时间下的井筒温度剖面;根据井筒瞬变温度与时间的指数式变化规律,提出利用不同时间的温度稳定率,通过稳态温度折算为瞬变温度的简便方法.
Borehole temperature profile prediction is the basis for oil recovery and system testing.For the gas well test of short-term process,establish a wellbore unsteady heat transfer model based on the heat transfer mechanism of the wellbore.Take through temperature gradient of steady-state heat transfer,considering Joule-Thompson effect and the combination of an impact on the kinetic energy,obtained by way of transient wellbore temperature distribution analysis expressions,used to predict the well temperature profile of the different operation systems and timing;According to borehole transient temperature and time of orderliness as exponential variation,this text will expound a simple method for calculate the transient conversion temperature by steady temperature profile.
