摘要
以UASB反应器处理啤酒废水的工程实践为研究对象,探讨分析了UASB的初次启动过程。结果表明,用城市污水处理厂的厌氧消化污泥作为接种污泥,初始进水COD容积负荷为0.5kg·m-·3d-1,启动成功,启动周期为46d,且COD去除率达到85%左右,运行稳定;当反应器酸化时,投入厌氧污泥可使反应器迅速得到恢复;当出水COD、出水VFA等指标正常时,厌氧反应器跑泥为正常现象。
Thispapertook engineering example of treatment of brewery wastewater by UASB reactor as a researching object,analyzed and discussed the first start-up process of UASB reactor.The results show that the reactor took anaerobic digestion sludge of urban sewage treatment plants as started sludge,the initial influent COD volume loading was 0.5 kg·m-3·d-1.Through 46 day's starting,the COD removal rate reached 85%,marking the UASB reactor starting successfully.When the reactor get acidified,add anaerobic sludge can help the reactor recover rapidly;when the indexes as effluent COD concentration,effluent VFA was in normal levels,UASB reactor running sludge was a normal phenomenon.
