摘要
智能电网是电力、自动化和信息通信三大技术的综合,统一、高效、灵活和高生存性的通信平台,是智能电网的必要支撑。文章根据电力系统通信的特点,分析了建立基于分组的统一通信平台的必要性;介绍了作为IP网络发展趋势的PTN的历史和特点;对PTN在电力系统内外,主要是中国移动和国网信息通信有限公司的应用情况,特别是PTN的实时通信支持能力和时间同步能力给予关注;对使用PTN建立统一分组电力通信网进行了展望。
As the integration of electric power, automation, information and communication, smart grid requires a unified, efficient, flexible and high survivable communication platform. Based on the characteristics of power communication, this paper analyses the necessity of establishing a packet-based unified communication platform. It introduces the history and characteristics of FFN, which is the trends of IP network, and discusses the applications inside and outside power system, mainly in China Mobile and State Grid Information & Communication Co., Ltd. The functions of real-time communication and time synchronization of PTN are emphasized. The expectation of using PTN to establish a unified packet-based power communication network are put forward in the paper.
