摘要
EMS系统是保证电网安全稳定运行的重要组成部分,为了提高电力系统生产的安全性,南方电网进行备用调度EMS系统的建设。针对南方电网主备EMS系统现有数据同步模式存在的安全隐患,深入分析了主备调数据的同步机制,提出两套改造方案并进行全面比较,确定优选方案。
EMS system is an important part for the safe and stable operation of power grid. In order to improve the security of power grid, a standby dispatching system is built by China Southern Power Grid. Based on potential safety problems of current data synchronization mechanism among the host and standby power dispatching system, this paper analyses the data synchronization mechanism of host and standby dispatching system, and put forward two upgrading plans for comparison, and finally selects optimal one.
