It firstly presents the state of MAN and service carrying as well as the necessity of constructing the second network layer.Based on the services carried on MAN second network layer,it discusses the consideration on the construction of MAN second network layer,finally it presents Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell MAN solution.
