71例婴幼儿EB病毒感染的临床特征分析

Clinical Features of 71 Infants with Epstein-Barr Virus Infection

目的分析婴幼儿EB病毒感染的临床特点,提高临床诊疗水平。方法对聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)测定的EBV-DNA阳性的71例EB病毒感染患儿的临床特征进行回顾性分析。结果 EB病毒感染的主要症状有发热98.6%、咽峡炎70.4%、淋巴结肿大19.7%、肝脾肿大8.5%、皮疹12.7%、咳嗽63.4%,其他还包括呕吐、腹泻、眼睑水肿、惊厥等,EB病毒感染的相关疾病以呼吸系统最常见,其次是循环系统、血液系统等。结论婴幼儿EB病毒感染临床表现复杂多样,PCR技术测定EBV-DNA有助于早期诊断。

To analyze the clinical characteristics of infants with Epstein - Barr virus （EBV） infection, and to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level. Methods The clinical features of 71 infants with EBV infection tested EBV - DNA positive via PCR were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main symptoms of EBV infection were fever （98.6%）, herpangina （70.4 % ）, lymphadenectasis （ 19.7 % ）, hepatosplenomegaly （8.5 % ）, rash （ 12.7 % ）, cough （63.4 % ）. And the other symptoms included vomiting, diarrhea, blepharedema, convulsion, etc. Diseases infected by EBV mostly occurred in respiratory system, followed by circulatory system and hematological system. Conclusions The clinical symptoms of infants infected by EBV are complicated and variable, and test of EBV- DNA via PCR helps the diagnosis in the early stage.
