热休克蛋白70在急性阑尾炎患者血浆中表达的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,HSP70)在急性阑尾炎患者血浆中表达的临床意义。方法采集46例正常人和46例急性阑尾炎患者术前2h、术后7d和14d的血液,采用酶免疫吸附法检测血浆HSP70的含量。结果与正常人组相比,急性阑尾炎患者术前2h、术后7d血浆中HSP70含量升高(P均<0.05),术后14dHSP70含量高,但与正常人差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后14d患者的HSP70含量较术前2h、术后7d降低(P<0.05)。结论 HSP70在急性阑尾炎炎症急性期表达增高,其对急性阑尾炎的病情发展有正面调控作用。 Objective To explore the expression of heat shock protein 70 and its clinical significance in plasma of the patients with acute appendicitis.. Methods The blood samples of 46 healthy adults and 46 patients with acute appendicitis were collected at 2 - hour preoperatively, 7 and 14 days postoperatively, and enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the plasma level of HSP70. Results As compared with the healthy adults, the level of HSP70 in acute appendicitis patients at 2 - hour pre - operation and 7 - day post - operation was significantly increased (Both P〈0.05). The level of HSP70 in acute appendicitis patients at 14 - day post - operation was higher than that of the healthy adults, but no statistically significant difference was found (P 〉0.05). The level of HSPT0 at 14 - day post - operation was significantly lower than those at 2 - hour pre - operation and 7 - day post - operation in acute appendicitis patients (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The expression of HSP70 is heightened in acute inflammatory phase of appendicitis, and it may play the positive role of regulation in acute appendicitis.
