泌尿系感染的细菌分布及大肠埃希菌耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解本院患者泌尿系感染的细菌种类及感染大肠埃希菌耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法细菌鉴定采用ATB Expression系统,药敏试验采用K-B法。结果尿标本细菌检出率为31.74%,检出细菌14种共746株。尿路感染以大肠埃希菌检出率最高376株(50.41%),其次为肠球菌122株(16.35%)、真菌100株(13.41%)和肺炎克雷伯菌68株(9.12%)。大肠埃希菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星和亚胺培南有较高敏感性。结论本院患者泌尿系感染率较高,了解尿路感染细菌的分布特征和耐药性,对减少院内感染,指导临床合理使用抗生素有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the distribution of bacteria and drug resistance of Escherichia coil in urinary tract infection, and to provide the reference for rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods Bacteria were detected with ATB Expression system. K- B method was applied for the drug susceptibility test. Results Among the 2,350 detected urine samples, the positive rate of urine cultures was 31.74% and 746 bacterial strains were detected. The detection rate of Esctwrichia coil was the highest (50.41%, 376/746) among the urinary tract infection, followed by Enterococcus (16.35%, 122]746), fungus (13.41%, 100/746), and Klebsiella pneumoniae (9.12 %, 68/746). Escherichia coli were highly sensitive to piperacillin/tazobactam, amikacin and imipenem. Conclusions The isolated rate of urine samples is high in the First People' s Hospital of Huaihua. It is of great significance to decrease nosocomial infections and guide rational use of antibiotics by urine cultures.
