摘要 CXCR3为CXC型趋化因子干扰素诱导的单核因子(Mig)、干扰素诱导的蛋白10(IP-10)和干扰素诱导的T细胞α化学趋化因子(I-TAC)的特异性受体,CXCR3与配体结合后能诱导活化的效应细胞向特定组织迁移,从而参与多种疾病的病理过程。 CXCR3 is a specific receptor of interferon induced mononuclear factor （Mig）, interferon induced protein 10 （IP- 10） and interferon induced t- cell Alpha chemical chemotactic factors （I- TAC） which can induce the migration of activated effector cells to specific organization when binding the ligands, so participate in the pathologic process of a variety of diseases.
