摘要
在华中Ⅰ型数控系统的基础上开发了智能自适应数控系统,以实现数控机床切削加工过程智能自适应控制,提高切削效率。用模糊控制器对数控铣削过程所进行的智能自适应控制试验结果表明,该智能自适应数控系统性能良好,能提高数控机床在切削加工过程中的智能水平及自适应能力,提高了其切削效率。
In this paper,an intelligent adaptive CNC system,which is based on Huazhong I CNC system,is developed for improving cutting efficiency by using intelligent control in CNC cutting processes.It is shown,by experiments of end milling using fuzzy controller,that the performance of the intelligent adaptive CNC system is excellent,yet are improved the intelligence and adaptability of the CNC machine and cutting efficiency in cutting process.
