冬青科苦丁茶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的测定 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]开展不同种苦丁茶、不同产地苦丁茶中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的考察,以期为熊果酸产业化开发提供基础资料。[方法]HPLC法测定了6种冬青科苦丁茶功能叶和4种市售苦丁茶冬青嫩芽产品中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量。色谱条件为Eclipse XDB-C18柱(5.0μm,4.6mm×150.0mm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(88∶12),检测波长为220nm,流速为0.8ml/min,柱温为35℃,进样量20μl。[结果]熊果酸的平均含量为枸骨(1.64%)>霍山冬青(1.63%)>大叶冬青(1.54%)>五棱冬青(1.23%)>苦丁茶冬青(0.96%)>华中枸骨(0.69%)>苦丁茶产品(<0.28%);齐墩果酸的平均含量为大叶冬青(0.22%)>霍山冬青(0.18%)>枸骨(0.17%)>五棱冬青(0.14%)>苦丁茶冬青(<0.12%)>华中枸骨(0.10%)>苦丁茶产品(0)。[结论]测定结果有助于指导熊果酸和齐墩果酸加工产业选择合适的原料。 [Objective]The research aimed to survey the content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in different species and different origins of Kudingcha and provide basic data for the industrialization development of ursolic acid. [Method]The contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in functional leaves of 6 Kudingcha species in Aquifoliaceae and 4 kinds of the marketed shoots products of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Eclipse XDB-C18 column(5. 0 μm,4. 6 mm ×150. 0 mm),elution influent methanol -0. 2% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (88∶12),detection wavelength of 220 nm,flow rate of 0. 8 ml/min,column temperature of 35 ℃ and injection volume of 20 μl. [Result]The contents of ursolic acid in 6 Kudingcha species in Aquifoliaceae were as follows:I. cornuta Lindl. (1. 64% ) 〉I. huoshanesis Y. H. He (1. 63% ) 〉I. latifolia Thunb. (1. 54% )〉 I. pentagona S. K. Chen,Y. X. Feng et C. F. Liang (1. 23% )〉 I. kudingcha C. J. Tseng (0. 96% )〉 I. centrochinesis X. Y. Hu (0. 69% )〉 the marketed shoots products of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng( 〈0. 28% ). The contents of oleanolic acid in 6 Kudingcha species in Aquifoliaceae were as follows:I. latifolia Thunb. (0. 22% ) 〉I. huoshanesis Y. H. He (0. 18% ) 〉I. cornuta Lindl. (0. 17% ) 〉I. pentagona S. K. Chen,Y. X. Feng et C. F. Liang (0.14% )〉 I. kudingcha C. J. Tseng( 0.12%)〉 I. centrochinesis X. Y. Hu (0.10%)〉 the marketed shoots products of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng(0). [Conclusion]The determination results was favorable for guiding the selection of suitable materials for the processing industry of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid.
