摘要
在分析轮腔间隙区和轮槽区金属流动规律以及溢余几何形态的基础上,建立质点流动速度场。由该速度场导出溢余量与单位挤压力、轮腔间隙和轮速等工艺参数之间的关系式;在对变形区进行受力分析的基础上,给出挤压型腔几何参数、单位挤压力、轮腔间隙以及轮槽尺寸之间的关系式,推导出挤压轮上的驱动功率和摩擦功率的计算公式。连续挤压实验和力学性能测试证明数学模型正确,可以作为工程实践的指导。
Based on the analysis of the flow patterns of metal on the gap zone and the wheel groove zone as well as on the observation of the geometry of the escaping material the velocity field of deformation zone is established.From this velocity field,the expression relating the flash level with the technological paramers,such as the extrusion stress,the gap size and sheet speed,is derived.On the basis of the force analysis,the relationship between the geometric parameters of the chamber,the extrusion stress and the dimension of wheel groove is given.In addition,the formula for computing the driving power on the extrusion wheel as well as the friction power are derived.
