摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从金花葵子中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行分离鉴定,并用归一化法测定其相对含量。结果表明,金花葵子挥发油的主要成分为亚油酸(10.74%)、软脂酸(42.01%)、顺-9-烯-十八烷酸(8.14%)等。
The essential oil was extracted from Hibiscus manihot seeds with steam distillation method,and its chemical components were isolated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents of the components were determined by normalization method. The results showed that the main components of essential oil from H. manihot seeds were linoleic acid (10. 74% ),palmic acid (42. 01% ),syn-9-alkene-octadecylic acid (8.14%) and so on.
