新疆甘草中无机元素的聚类分析及其指纹特征研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨新疆甘草的区域性差异及指纹特征,为甘草质量控制和评价提供依据。[方法]利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了新疆15种甘草中13种无机元素的含量,并用聚类分析法对其含量进行分析。[结果]新疆甘草中含有丰富的无机元素。通过聚类分析得知,当要求相似程度高时,南北疆甘草具有较显著的区域差异;当要求相似程度低时,南北疆甘草不具有显著差异。由无机元素含量曲线分布图可看出,15种甘草中12种无机元素含量具有相似的峰形。[结论]新疆甘草中无机元素的含量具有明显的指纹特征。 [Objective]The aim is to investigate the regional differences and fingerprint characteristics,and provide the basis for quality control and evaluation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch in Xinjiang. [Method]Thirteen inorganic elements content were detected by FAAS method in Xinjiang 15 Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,and the content were studied by the cluster analysis. [Result]There are enrich inorganic elements in Xinjiang Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,By cluster analysis,the southern and northern Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch in Xinjiang have more significant regional difference if asked a high similarity,and there aren't significant difference if asked a low similarity. From the distribution curve of 12 inorganic elements content,we can conclud there aren't significant regional difference in 15 Xinjiang Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,because they have same peak shape. [Conclusion]Xinjiang Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch have obvious fingerprint characteristics from the inorganic elements.
