摘要
[目的]研究大孔树脂纯化分离麦冬多糖的优化工艺条件。[方法]比较了不同pH值、流速对麦冬多糖的纯化效果。[结果]确定大孔树脂纯化麦冬多糖的层析条件为:上柱溶液pH值为8,洗脱溶液pH值为8,流速为1.0ml/min,在此条件下麦冬多糖纯度可达到81.0%,回收率71.2%。[结论]该优化工艺条件可以作为麦冬多糖的纯化方式进行推广。
[Objective]The purification and separation conditions of polysaccharide from Ophiopogon japonicus by macroporous resin. [Method] The purification effects of different pH and flow rate on polysaccharide from Ophiopogon japonicus were compared. [Result]The optimum technological conditions were determined as follows:the column solution pH =8,flow velocity of 1. 0 ml/min,elution pH =8. The results showed the purity reached 81. 0% and the recovery was 71. 2%. [Conclusion]The conditions can be used as the purification ways to be generalized.
