摘要
[目的]研究西番莲(Passiflora dulis)叶红外指纹图谱。[方法]运用双指标序列分析法。以共有峰和变异峰率为指标,计算样品相对于该标准品的共有峰率和变异峰率,并按照共有峰率和变异峰率的大小建立不同的序列。[结果]海口、儋州、万宁、屯昌的西番莲样品红外图谱比较吻合,但也存在一定的差异。[结论]该研究为快速地把相似的西番莲样品归为一类提供了科学依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the IR fingerprint spectra of Passiflora edulisleaf. [Method]Two new indexes including common peak ratio and variant peak ratio were applied and their values were calculated by means of the sequential analysis among different kinds of Passiflora edulis,in which each sample's IR fingerprint spectra was set up and the common peak ratio and variant peak ratio sequences were arranged in order of size comparing with the other samples. [Result]The IR fingerprint spectras of Passiflora edulis from Haikou,Danzhou,Wan-ning and Tunchang were similar,but still had some diffevence. [Conclusion]The study can provide the scientific basis for quickly classifying the similar Passiflora edulis samples.
