摘要
[目的]为野生原鸡适时开发、家鸡遗传改良等提供实际指导意义。[方法]以原鸡滇南亚种(♂)分别与原鸡(♀)、茶花鸡(♀)、绿耳乌骨鸡(♀)、楚雄麻鸡(♀)不同组合的F1代(♂)为研究对象,测定其体型体尺性状、屠宰性能及进行相关性分析。[结果]体型体尺、屠宰性能在不同组合F1代间存在显著差异(P<0.05),从绝对产肉性能和体型体尺性状来看,原鸡纯种F1代表现最差;从相对产肉性能来看,仅屠宰率在各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),其余指标存在组间显著差异(P<0.05)。就体型性状与产肉性状间的表型相关性而言,不同组合F1代间虽有不一致的表型相关系数,但总体表现为体斜长、胸骨长及胸围与产肉性状相关系数较大。[结论]体斜长、胸骨长及胸围为原鸡不同组合F1代产肉性能的主要决定因素。
[ Objective] The aim was to provide practical guide for wild jungle Red Jungle Fowl timely development and genetic improvement. [Method] With the Red Jungle Fowl (Callus gallus) ( ♂) and Red Jungle Fowl ( ♀ ),Camellia Chicken (♀) ,the Green Ear Silkies ( $ ), Chuxiong Ma Chickens ( ♀) with different combinations of F1 generation ( ♂) as the research object,its size body characters, slaughter traits and the correlation analysis were studied . [ Result] The body size and slaughter traits in the different combinations of F1 generation were significant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). Red Jungle Fowl (Callus gallus ) purebred F1 generation was the worst, from the absolute meat performance and size body characters point of view; From the relative production meat performance point of view, the only slaughter rate in all groups was no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ), other indicators between groups existed significant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). Just size and meat in the phenotype correlation between the F1 generation,though was not consistent phenotype correlation coefficient,but overall performance that correlation coefficient of body length, sternal long and bust and breast meat traits was larger. [ Conclusion ] Body length,length and bust sternal elevation was the main deciding factors for different combinations of F1 generation meat performance .
