Research Progress of Microbial Llipases Application

微生物脂肪酶是一种重要的工业酶类,也是当前国内外的研究热点。对脂肪酶在食品工业、有机合成、生物柴油合成、手性药物合成等方面的应用研究近况进行了综述,并进行了展望。

Microbial lipase play an important roles in industy and become the resarch focus. Applications of microbial lipase in food industry,organic synthesis,biodiesel synthesis,chiral pharmaceuticals synthesis and so on were summarized and the meanwhile,some suggestions were put forward.
