HPLC色谱法测定一枝黄花中芦丁的含量

Content Determination of Rutin in Solidago decurrens Lour. by HPLC

[目的]建立用高效液相色谱法测定一枝黄花中芦丁的含量。[方法]色谱柱为Diamonsil C18,以乙睛-甲醇-0.4%醋酸溶液(16∶8∶76);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为360nm。[结果]芦丁线性范围为0.6876～1.6044μg,r=0.9995;平均回收率为99.27%,RSD为0.6%。[结论]该方法简便、灵敏、准确。

[Objective]A method by HPLC for the content determination of rutin of Solidago decurrens Lour. was developed. [Method]Diamonsil C18 column was used with mobile phase of CH3CN-methanol -0. 4% water-Acetic cid （16∶8∶76）,the detection wavelength was 360 nm,the rate was 1. 0 ml/min. [Result]The good liner rang of rutin was within 0. 687 6 -1. 604 4 μg,r =0. 999 5. The average recovery was 99. 27% and RSD was 0. 6%. [Conclusion]The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
