Sialyl Lewis-X抗原在大肠癌LoVo、HT29细胞系及大肠癌肝转移组织中表达的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨具有高低转移潜能的大肠癌LoVo细胞、HT29细胞和大肠癌肝转移组织Sialyl Lewis-X(SLeX)抗原表达的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测LoVo细胞、HT29细胞和原发性大肠癌、大肠癌肝转移组织SLeX抗原表达情况。结果具有高转移潜能的LoVo细胞SLeX抗原表达强于HT29细胞(P<0.05)。原发性大肠癌高、中分化腺癌之间,高、低分化腺癌之间,中、低分化腺癌之间SLeX抗原表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。转移灶中SLeX抗原表达强于原发灶SLeX抗原表达(P<0.01)。结论检测SLeX抗原对判断大肠癌肝转移及评估预后有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expression of sialyl Lewis-X(SLeX)antigen in both cell lines of different metastatic potentials(LoVo and HT29)and tissue specimens of liver metastases of colon carcinoma.Methods The expreesion of SLeX antigen in both colon carcinoma cells and tissue specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of SLeX antigen on LoVo cells with highmetastatic potential was higher than that of HT29 cells with low metastatic potential(P〈0.05).The poorly differentiated tumor cells expressed higher levels of SLeX antigen than moderately or well-differentialted ones in primary colon carcinoma(P〈0.05).The expression of SLeX antigen was intensified more in liver metastases than in primary lesion(P〈0.01).Conclusion These results suggest that the expression of SLeX antigen plays a significant role in judging liver metastasis and evaluating the prognosis of colon carcinoma.
