提高激光板形仪图像检测系统抗背景热噪声干扰的能力

摘要 介绍一种在激光热轧带钢板形测量系统中使用的图像检测系统。针对在生产中当带钢纵向温度辐射波动较大时,会造成被测图像大面积背景灰度的变化,影响图像分割与光斑提取,导致系统无法在线稳定测量的问题,提出了所谓门限化阈值跟踪的方法。该方法根据仪器设计的自适应原则,在线分析局部图像的直方图,预报图像分割所需的阈值,补偿带钢纵向温度的波动对图像灰度分布的影响,提高了检测系统的自适应性能。 An image checking system for laser hot rolling strip steel shape measurement system is introduced. During production, the strips large temperature fluctuation will cause the grays variation and have an unfavorable effect on the picture partition and light spot collection, which makes it impossible to steadily measure on line. In accordance with these, the method of shredshold tracking is presented. According to the self adaptation principle, the method improves the self adaptability of measurement system with the help of the on line analysis on histogram of the regional images, the forecast of the desired shredshold value for picture partition and the compensation for temperatures fluctuations effect on grays distribution.
