摘要
第三方认证制度是国际公认的报刊发行量的稽核制度,在世界各地已经广泛运用,但是,这种制度在我国一直难以推广,在一定程度上影响了我国期刊的市场化运作和国际化竞争。我们认为这主要是由于我国的某些期刊过分强调自身的利益而忽视了读者和广告客户的利益。
Third Party Verification has widely used in China, which has to Chinese journals. The paper points neglect those of readers and advert become the internationally recognized inspection system; however, it has not been some extent hindered the marketing operation and international competiveness of out some of Chinese journals attach excessive importance to its own interest and sing clients.
