摘要
以缙云山野生绞股蓝扦插苗为材料,研究了人工水分胁迫对绞股蓝叶片活性氧代谢的影响和对水分胁迫的适应能力.结果表明,喜湿植物绞股蓝在水分胁迫下,由于可溶性总糖和游离脯氨酸含量增加产生渗透调节作用;但随水分胁迫的加剧,酶促和非酶促膜保护系统保护能力均下降:SOD,POD活性和CAT活性减弱,AsA含量降低,导致O-2.产生速率增加,膜脂发生过氧化作用,MDA含量的急剧增加。
The cutting of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino in Jinyun Mountain of Chongqing,were used as materials in the experiment.Study on the effect of artificial water stress on active oxygen metabolism in G.pentaphyllum leaves and their adaptive capacity to water stress.The results were as follows:Under soil drought condition,the osmoregulation ability increased while the soluble sugar and proline content increased from middle to high drought.In the other side,the rate of O\+- 2. production and the content of MDA as well as the membrane permeability increased while the content of AsA and the activity of SOD,POD and CAT decreased rapidly.So the membrane lipid peroxidation becomes more serious,ultimately,plant passes though injury.
