摘要
胰腺囊性肿瘤临床不十分常见，占原发性胰腺恶性肿瘤的1％，占胰腺囊性病变的10％。一般分为良性囊腺瘤和恶性囊腺癌。该病缺乏典型的临床症状，多数患者在体检时偶然发现，或者出现晚期肿瘤症状时才被检出，治疗上一般首选外科手术切除。本文回顾性分析我科2000年至2006年收治并得以随访的48例胰腺囊性肿瘤患者资料，以加深对该病的认识。
