羟乙基淀粉(130/0.4)对急性坏死性胰腺炎大鼠脑毛细血管渗漏的影响 被引量:2

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)常发生生重的毛细血管渗漏综合征(capillaryleaksyndrome,CLS),血管内水分迅速进入组织间隙,引起全身水肿及有效循环血量下降,重要脏器灌注不足。SAP并发的胰性脑病(pancreaticencephalopathy,PE)是SAP病程中出现的严重并发症,其发病机制与脑的毛细血管渗漏密切相关。水通道蛋白4(AQP4)是脑组织内最重要的水通道蛋白,本研究探讨AQP4在急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)大鼠脑毛细血管渗漏中的作用。
