摘要
介绍的数字式陶瓷湿度计具有两个显著的特点:一是用对称三角波代替通常所用的方波作基准信号源,提高了测量精度;二是采用对数放大器跟踪补偿了湿敏元件的指数型湿阻特性,实现测量与刻度的线性化.整个电路采用集成器件并加以必要的温度补偿.实验表明,电路设计合理,测量结果准确、可靠。
In the new digital ceramic humidity meter
introduced use triangle wave instead of square wave as the signal source to increase measuring
accuracy,and use logarithm amplifier to decrease the nonlinear error of the exponential sensor for
the linear measurement.Also take steps to compensate the error caused by
temperature.Experiments show that the design of this circuit is reasonable and the measuring
accuracy is high,so it is a practical design.
