摘要
[目的]研究人白介素-12转基因马铃薯中hIL-12的表达。[方法]采用ELISA和WesternBlot,检测转基因马铃薯中hIL-12的表达情况。[结果]转基因马铃薯叶与块茎中均能被hIL-12p70二聚体特异性的抗体识别的蛋白表达,与野生对照组相比均有0.01水平显著差异。WesternBlot分析结果显示,在40kD处有特异性的蛋白条带出现。[结论]所建立的人白介素-12转基因马铃薯表达体系能正确、有效表达hIL-12二聚体。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the expression of human interleukin 12 in transgenic potatoes established by our research group.[Method] The expressions of human interleukin 12 in transgenic potatoes were tested by ELISA and Western Blot.[Result] human interleukin 12 production in the leaves and tubers was obviously higher than that of the wild type(P〈0.01).Western blot analysis showed that the specific protein band presented at 40 kD.[Conclusion] The human interleukin 12 was expressed in established transgenic potato expression system as heterodimers accurately.
