摘要
[目的]研究小麦幼苗在盐胁迫下的生长情况。[方法]以150mmol/L的NaCl胁迫处理小麦幼苗,测定其生理指标和观察微观结构的变化。[结果]盐胁迫对于株高、叶宽的影响较早(>8d),而对于叶长、叶片数的影响较晚(>12d)。石蜡切片显示,在盐胁迫处理下,小麦叶片中维管束面积、叶肉细胞变小,细胞壁合成受阻,叶片变薄。同时,盐胁迫对于小麦幼苗的生长有一定的抑制作用,Fv/Fm降低,Fo显著增高,而组织含水量、MDA含量变化不显著。[结论]盐胁迫处理影响小麦幼苗的形态和生理特性,对于其生长有负面影响。
[Objective] This research aimed to investigate the effect of salt stress on the growth of wheat seedlings.[Mathod] Weed seedlings were treated under salt concentration of 150 mmol/L with different time,the physiological indicators were measured and the micro-structural changes were observed.[Result] The results indicated that salt stress had certain degree influence on height and leaf width in an early stage(〉8 d),however the influence on leaf length and leaf number was delayed(〉12 d).Paraffins indicated that under salt stress,the area of vascular bundle and the size of mesophyll cells were decreased,the synthesis of cell wall was hindered and the leaves becomed thinner.Meanwhile,salt stress could inhibit wheat seedlings growth,since the Fv/Fm was decreased,Fo was increased.However,tissue liquid water content and MDA were changed insignificantly.[Conclusion] The morphological and physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings was influenced by salt stress,which imposed negative effects on the growth of wheat seedlings.
