摘要 [目的]初步研究天然光敏剂竹红菌素(Hypocrellins)光敏反应对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcusaureus)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的抑菌效果。[方法]采用滤纸片法观察不同浓度竹红菌素在光照或无光照条件下对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌产生的抑菌圈。[结果]竹红菌素光敏反应对枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌这2种革兰氏阳性细菌具有明显的抑菌效果,其中金黄色葡萄球菌比枯草芽孢杆菌敏感。竹红菌素光敏反应对革兰氏阴性细菌大肠杆菌没有抑菌作用。[结论]竹红菌素光敏反应的抑菌活性有望使其发展成为一种新型、天然、无害、无污染的消毒剂。 [ Objective] This work is a preliminary study about photosensitive bacteriostasis effects on Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Eseherichia coli of Hypocrellins, which is a kind of natural photosensitizer. [ Method] The bacteriostasis effects on Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were studied by filter paper method. Inhibition zone diameters were measured in different Hypocrellins concentrations after darkness or light radiation treatment. [ Result] The results showed that Hypocrellins has significant photosensitive bacteriostasis effects on Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus, but not on Escherichia coll. Furthermore, Staphylococcus aureus is more sensitive to the photosensitive reaction of Hypocrellins than Bacillus subtilis. [Conclusion] This study about the photosensitive bactefiostas effects of Hypocrellins may provide the potential to develop a newly, natural, harmless and non-polluting disinfectant.
