摘要
[目的]为更好地利用高山红景天提供科学依据。[方法]测定了高山红景天不同器官的氨基酸含量。[结果]高山红景天地上部分和地下部分的氨基酸含量和组成不同,地上部分的氨基酸含量高于地下部分,人体必需氨基酸的含量以叶片中最多,为55.75~87.21mg/g;其次是茎,为36.13~37.39mg/g;根中最少,仅13.17~14.30mg/g。半必需氨基酸以根中最多,叶次之,茎中最少。不同器官的氨基酸含量因发育时期而变化,茎、叶中的氨基酸含量从营养生长期到果熟期呈由高变低的趋势,根中的氨基酸含量变化不大。[结论]高山红景天不同器官中的氨基酸含量与组成不同。
[Objective] The study aimed provide scientific basis for make better use of Rhodiola sachalinensis.[Method] Amino acid content in different organs of Rhodiola sachalinensis was determined.[Result]Amino acid content of Rhodiola sachalinensis's different organs,the results show that:Amino acid content and composition in the overground part and underground part of Rhodiola sachalinensis were different,Amino acid content of overground part was higher than underground part,the essential amino acid for human were at the highest level in leaves,which were 55.75-87.21 mg/g;the next was stem,which were 36.13-37.39 mg/g,the least is root,the content was just 13.17-14.30 mg/g.The content of semi-essential amino acids was most in roots,secondly for leaves,which in stems was at least.The amino acid content in different organs was change by the development time,the amino acid content in stems and leaves were showed increased at first and then decreased from vegetative growth to fruit maturity,which was no change in the root.[Conclusion]The content of amino acid and its compositionin Rhodiola sachalinensis were different in different organ.
