摘要 [目的]研究耐盐突变菌株YWL-01的生物学特性及其降解性能和生物强化作用。[方法]通过试验观察以及模拟污水、实际污水检测COD含量,研究YWL-01的生物学特性及其降解性能和生物强化作用。[结果]耐盐突变菌株YWL-01在生物学上具有遗传稳定性;对于盐度高的实际废水,此突变株表现出显著提高COD降解特性;在投加到复合菌剂中处理高盐实际污水过程中表现出生物强化作用。[结论]耐盐突变菌株YWL-01具有潜在的实际应用价值。 [Objective]The research aimed to study the biological activities,degradation characterisics and bioaugmentation of salt-tolerant mutant YWL-01.[Method]With the experimental observation and testing the COD content of the simulated and actual wastewater,the paper studied the biological activities,degradation characterisics and bioaugmentation of salt-tolerant mutant YWL-01.[Result]The results showed that the mutant was a genetic stable one;the mutant showed a notable COD degradation characteristic in actual wastewater;it showed the bioaugmentation when added into a mixture strain which treated the saline wastewater.[Conclusion]The salt-tolerant mutant YWL-01 had potential practical applications.
