A STUDY ON A NEW MODEL OF SHEAR ANGLE

摘要 通过对切削区速度场的分析,给出了滑移材料单元的运动速度方程,建立了以速度场理论为基础的剪切角模型.该模型不但解决了二元切削时剪切角的计算,并首次给出了三元切削时法向剪切的计算公式,从而解决了三元切削时剪切角的计算问题.本文用此模型对切削实例进行了计算,得到了较满意的结果. Based on the cutting speed field near the shear zone,a speed model of the cutting process is established,and on this model a formula is developed.By this formule the 2 dimensional shear angle can be calculated,and the 3 dimensional shear angle is presented for the first time.The conclusion is that in both 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional cutting the shear angle depends on the orthogonal ratio and the ratio of speeds before and after the cutting.
