主导因素法对利用聚类分析进行土地利用分区的校正研究——以贵州省仁怀市和罗甸县为例

Study on Dominant Factor Method to Proofread the Results of Land-use Division by Using Cluster Analysis

根据土地利用和社会经济要素各方面存在的差异,利用聚类分析法对目标区域进行土地利用分区的研究。由于聚类分析法存在一定的局限性,在进行定量分析的条件下,同时在进行理论分区的基础上,要利用分区原则、重点项目、主要的规划、未来发展预期等对数学方法下的分区结果进行修正,使分区结果能更好地反映土地利用现状和未来发展,更好地为土地利用规划服务。

According to differences existing in aspects of land use and socio-economic factors,the land use zoning in target area was studied using cluster analysis method.Because cluster analysis has some limitations,the zoning results should be amended based on principle,key projects,main planning,future development forecasting under the condition of quantitative analysis,so as to better reflect the current status and future development of land use.
