摘要
[目的]研究不同浓度血桐提取液对圣女果的保鲜效果。[方法]以圣女果为材料,分别将其在室温条件下自然存放、保鲜膜密封存放和不同浓度血桐提取液(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、5.0%)浸泡5min后自然晾干存放,存放过程中观察其表观变化,并测定其pH值、Vc和总糖含量及失重的变化。[结果]存放过程中,自然存放组好果率呈下降趋势,存放6d时好果率为92.4%,存放14d时好果率为72.3%。血桐提取液处理组的好果率均高于自然存放组,其中2.0%血桐提取液处理组好果率最高,存放14d时好果率仍为89.8%,高于其他处理;同时,该处理组圣女果的其他测定值随时间的变化均较小。[结论]2.0%血桐提取液对圣女果具有较好的保鲜效果。
[Objective] The aim was to study the fresh-keeping effects of Macaranga hemsleyana extract with different concentration on cherry-tomatoes.[Methods] With cherry-tomatoes as the materials,they were stored under natural condition,airproofed by fresh-keeping film and natural dried up after soak by M.hemsleyana extract with different concentration(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,5.0%)for 5 min at room temperature resp.The apparent change of cherry-tomatoes in the storage process was observed,and the changes of their pH value,Vc content,total sugar content and weight loss were detected.[Results] In the storage process,the good fruit rate of cherry-tomatoes in natural storage group showed decreasing trend with good fruit rate of 92.4% after 6 d of storage and good fruit rate of 72.3% after 14 d of storage.The good fruit rate of cherry-tomatoes in treatments with M.hemsleyana extract was higher than that of cherry-tomatoes in natural storage group.The good fruit rate of cherry-tomatoes in treatment with 2.0% M.hemsleyana extract was the highest with good fruit rate of 89.8% after 14 d of storage,which was higher than that of cherry-tomatoes in other treatments.At the same time,the changes of other measured values of cherry-tomatoes in this treatment were all smaller.[Conclusion] The fresh-keeping effect of M.hemsleyana extract at 2.0% on cherry-tomatoes was good.
