外源微生物诱导中华绒螯蟹血清中一氧化氮合酶活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究不同类型外源微生物对中华绒螯蟹血细胞产生一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活力的影响。[方法]采用1×107bacteria/ml菌液对中华绒螯蟹分别进行嗜水气单胞菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、产朊假丝酵母注射感染,取血淋巴分别检测血清NOS活力。[结果]除产朊假丝酵母外,嗜水气单胞菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌感染中华绒螯蟹均明显地诱导了血清中NOS活性。[结论]中华绒螯蟹血细胞存在可诱导的NOS活性,该NOS活性呈现诱导源的差异。 [Objective] The research aimed to determine exogenous microorganisms effects on nitric oxide synthase(NOS)activity in the hemocyte of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis.[Method] Infection of the crab was conducted by injecting Aeromonas hydrophila,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Candida utilis at the concentration of 1×10^7 bacteria/ml,respectively.Hemolymph was collected and NOS activity was measured immediately.[Result] NOS activity was significantly increased with injection of Aeromonas hydrophila,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis(P〈0.05),but not Candida utilis.[Conclusion] Eriocheir sinensis haemocytes occur inducible NOS activity and the NOS activity is difference when organism been induced by different exogenous microorganisms.
