新型实用颌面外科创伤数据库的建立

Establishment of a new practical maxillofacial database system

目的建立精准详实的记录颌面外科创伤患者伤情及临床救治工作,并能导入军卫1号的颌面外科数据库。方法采用PowerBuilder编程,创建基于Adaptive Server Anywhere 8的数据库系统,开发端口导入"军卫1号"数据库系统信息。结果完成了颌面外科创伤数据库主要模块的编制,具备多个评分系统,能够导入多媒体资料,在安装了"军卫1号"的单机上运行测试,能顺利导入多项患者信息。结论该系统与以往的颌面外科数据库系统相比,更偏重于记录贯穿于患者入院诊治的全过程信息,能与医院信息系统相整合,更解决了多媒体资料数据的管理这一临床工作急需解决的问题。

Objective To establish a Maxillofacial Database System（MDS） which can preciously record trauma information and clinical treatments in detail.Methods The MDS was based on Adaptive Server Anywhere 8 and was developed by PowerBuilder 9.0 software.An interface was developed to import data from No.1 Military Medical Project.Results The main modules of the MDS were finished,which contained multiple score systems and could import multimedia files.Data on patient＇s information could be successfully imported from No.1 Military Medical Project System.Conclusion The MDS pays more attention to the whole process of medial affairs,integrates with the hospital information system,and solves the problem of multimedia files management.
